RACK PULLS/DEADLIFTS. Such a key exercise for overall development and composition! Start with warm up sets and allow your scapula to retract and refrain from using your shoulders to lift the weight. Love me some RACK PULLS! Decided mid way through my back workout today to throw these it! Perfect for really developing your whole posterior chain. Start light with these and get the understanding of squeezing rhomboids and lats before you start loading up. Essentially this is a shortened deadlift and the same can be said for conventional deadlifts. These were a strong part of my program when I was working up to my 230kg deadlift. If you need a hand with this exercise don’t be afraid to come ask me! Safety first.
